Default Best bluegill rod and reel combo?

My wife and I are going to Guntersville for a week of bluegill fishing next month. I have several rod and reels that we can use but I'd like to buy us both a really good new combo. If you have a combo that you love to use for bluegills please let me know.

    Thanks,

I'm not a whole lot of help, because I use the same rods and reels for crappie as I do for bream. But my go to combo is a 6'6 Wally Marshall speed shooter rod and a Shimano Catana 1000 spinning reel. It's nothing super special but it has worked very well for me in a variety of situations
