The fishing version of Robin Hoods arrow quiver. Looks awesome Mike
I am a bank fisherman and make no bones about it. For years I had been trying to make a fishing rod transport system. I tried guitar cases (It was ugly). I tried PVC tubes (They were way too heavy). I even tried Camo cloth sacks (Not quite what I really wanted.)
Recently I found some clear and thin package tubes that had an inside diameter of 1.75 inches and could be cut to Three and a half foot lengths. I searched and found some red soft rubber caps to use on the end of the tubes. I used a small nut and bolt that would join them together and inserted a key ring on the nut and bolt before tightening the bolt. That key ring served as a place to hook on a gym bag or luggage strap.
Very Light Weight.....check!
Hands free to carry tackle box and a bucket...check
Looks Great...... check!
Can carry two rods at once....check!
Each Tube holds a two piece fishing rod...check!
Don't have to take the lure off the rod ....check!
Easy to make....check!
Extremely Economical. under ten bucks to make ..check!
What to y'all think about MY DIY IDEA for walking the fishing bank?
Thank you for your comments.

Great idea ship! Could we possibly have an up close pic of the tubes themselves and how you attached the sling? I really like this idea and see it being useful when I fish streams for smallmouth and trout
