Well said, Ketch! A lot of good folks out there to offset the few knuckle heads.

In all walks of life and religious beliefs there is a master .
Those that pursure crappie devoutly are often referred to as a master .
To master something often takes a person past the realms of reasonable.
So no matter the technology and or pursuit technique involved there is likely some individual that is a master .
This all said I tip my hat to all the crappie “masters” out there ,no matter the form of pursuit on crappie .
I have met a few masters that only fish off the bank ,and yet others that fish out of $100,000 rigs , some were not so friendly and others were immediately the kind of people you would like to know better.
So if you rise to what some think are the level where it could be said you are “ the master” try to be the individual that others would like to know better.
Tip of the week and KABOOM is the word

Well said I always strive to be someone people want to know better. It doesn't always work out but that's life. I once believed first impressions were always right and to trust them. As I've gotten older I've learned that I should not always judge people by that first impression. I met someone a long time ago that I just didn't get along with. We were not really what you would call a match for friendship or even cordial to each other. Last month I celebrated 30 years together with her. But most of the time I can spot fishin buddies right off the git-go. Keep ketchn em Ketchn.

I worked in television master control for many years operating several tv stations from one or several pods.
Over those years I trained many newbies which was tedious yet enjoyable, I worked with many young women and men that moved up through the ranks, that makes me proud.
What makes me most proud is that I can call them all friends and they often called me the "master" of master control.
I'm now retired and most of my time I spend reading how my friends here on CDC are getting along in their endeavors. My we have many Masters on this site!
We have never met but you are Masters to me and I think of you all as friends.
