I've e ordered lots from them. When buying multiple lures of the same kind you can add everything to your cart from one page. Select size and color then go to your cart to check out. You don't have to keep going back a page to make more selections. I like that. The only issue I've had is when they have sake going on, like a buy-one-get-one free sale. Stuff will go fast and sometimes by the time I go to check out one of my items will already be sold out. But that's not really a fault of theirs.

My last order I bought an American Angler Pro and 2 sets of AA shark blades from them. The knife wasn't near as good as the previous AA Pro it replaced and was actually recalled from AA last week. I don't blame Fish USA for that. As for the blades both sets were ground wrong and were terrible, just would not cut clean. Fish USA would not let me return them as they were used. How else would you know they were bad? I'm done with that outfit.

Just get some new blades,I have AA that's 30 years old.

Sucks that you had a bad experience. Did you try to get your complaint up the food chain to see if somebody would help you out? I sure would mention being a member of Crappie.com, and that as a sponsor you would hope for their best treatment. Good luck.
