I took the photo from the truck. They were really unconcerned that I drove that close to them. The Shepherd was barking her head off.

That one second from the right. I can tell that is a bad deer. I am afraid you will need to do something about that bad deer. I only shoot the the bad ones myself.
Maybe they will bite this one……

The only thing I got out of the garden was corn and potatoes this year. They ate all the tomatoes, green beans, peppers, squash, and zucchini. I believe it would be hard to find a good one in the bunch. This garden is enclosed in an electric fence. Which they have torn down five strands of wire. I need to buy a crossbow and quietly put one or two in the freezer

Theoretically, that should reduce the amount of tomatoes needed for the Pot o' CHILI!!

Question- Could that pic have legal consequence? ... =JACKlighting![/I]

Jack- Possible cure = Fully mounted(taxidermed) deer displayed @eye-level, configured with "Four hooves to the SKY = NO TRESPASSING ALL SURVIVORS would be cordially invited for another LAST SUPPER!!
Another, cheaper option, would be to hang an "unlucky/uninvited" buffet-guest in EFFIGY. Further cost considerations(savings?) would be nearby tree, installed post(wood/steel/PVC), cable(coated/non-coated) vs. rope(cotton/nylon) etc., etc.
    Always here for help, Jack!

Yes it potentially could. At which point I will seek a nuisance wildlife permit and eradicate the problem.
