Maybe gas prices $$$ will get some folks off water and give fish a break

The people catching big stringers with livescope were catching big stringers before livescope.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.

Just made it easier . We can single out bigger fish . Where it shines is when they move off structure you can hunt them down one at a time . At times when they refuse to move much to a bait or murkey water you can hold a bait on their nose if you have the skills . Took a friend yesterday and unless you held a bait right on a fish they would not bite . Some took many tries to entice a bite . Might have had trouble seeing it in the muddy water .

I'd say the leaderboards of the crappie tournaments would not agree. Lots of new names up there that had never been seen until livescope. I figured by now there would be a No Scope Trail. LOL

I agree fully. Turned this ole boy loose right after the pic was taken. I'll get him again someday.......

That fish most likely not live very long even if no one catches it

If you throw that fish in the cooler it for sure won't live very long. Not a chance! LOL

I know everything has a life expectancy including us and I've had numerous commercial fishermen at Sardis tell me they've seen crappie that were well in excess of 5 pounds in their nets. Does anyone know what is life expectancy of a crappie in a fertile lake in this area in years?
