    I am thinking I will shoot docks in the morning and throw the catfish jugs out at dark

    First part of the days fishing done. 12 dinks and a bonus catfish. Almost all of the docks I got to had been shot. 4 other boats out shooting them. I was good to see some other shooters on the water. Now to get some rest and get ready for dark to throw in the jugs. One of the nieces is going for the jug fishing part.

    Yesterday morning shooting docks 12 dink crappie and a bonus catfish. Water temp was 70 on the Hiawassee. The night fishing portion in the back waters in Dayton. Water was 66 degrees where all the creeks come in 7 catfish in the box. Lots an lots of boat traffic, slight breeze, and the current kept us busy with 12 jugs out. Had 4 whisker hooked fish get away.     They are is where 3 feeder creeks come together, 2 large boat ramps, and where they hold the tournaments. Pretty narrow confines there. The channel is about 50 wide up against a rock wall. Far too busy for day fishing. Great for night fishing
