    Default GOBBLERS !

First Gobblers we have ever seen on our place and have never heard one yet out there after countless hours on the place !
Both of them appear to be whopper birds in the videos I have of them , real long bearded big boys ,it made me happy to see them .
We just don't see many turkey on our place .
and we don't have what appears to be ANY mature bucks on our place this year.
the hogs have run wild a while now and it is time to go smack some , but by golly it is hot out there right now ....

Now that the gobblers found your feeder, if you have a nearby water source, they should hang around for awhile it seems. Hopefully it cools down enough that you get to make some ground pork!

with the numbers o hogs on your place might be good to bring out some buds who want to whack a few to make sausage or give them away to those who could use the protein. Need to reduce those numbers dramatically.

Folks think hog hunting over a feeder is easy , with the trapping and non stop shooting at them and the never stand still thing pigs do , it is tough to do anything but run them off for a week or so
