    Great day cause the boat worked, and we caught fish. Yay!

    Shu has not been fishing for a while and I've been suggesting that once he got his shot, we'd go, so he got shot, and we caught some. I think Shu went home with 9 nice crappie. We prolly caught just over a dozen. Shu loved it, thanks for coming over and testing out the fuel tank down tube replacement fix, yay. Great when a plan comes together.

    Trolled jigs in 6-7 ft water, about 1mph. Ask shu if slathering jigs in Slabsauce works? I think I know the answer.

    I did that on my 1720 Key West also.
    I moved the console from it’s location as far as possible, then cut in a larger opening so i could get my arms in there.
    Then put the console back where it was.
    Did the same thing back where the pumps are located.
    Also removed the backrest cushion on front of the console and cut a large hinged hatch into that.
    Now i have easy access to the fuses plus more storage on the shelf i put in there.
    Many boat builders dont put enough thought into things like that.

    Indeed a great day--first speck in over a year and thanks to CDC guys for keeping fish in my pan. Slab sauce works no need for minnows. Thanks Slab for the enjoyable time and again when the beer batter gets hot.--shu
