    Default WRONG HOLE!!!!!

Monday I went to Bucksaw and put my boat in like I've done countless times before and was heading out to the no wake markers when I felt a wet feeling on my feet. .
Water was coming in on my floor fast! I thought what the heck I know I put the drain plug in so I grab the one out of the livewell and reach down to put it in when I felt the drain plug in the livewell drain. Lol
I made it back to the ramp and waited for 30 minutes for the bilge pump to do its work, very embarrassing.
Monday I found the crappie next to the bank in 12 to 14 fow spider rigging four poles and using a jig pole to pick them off with the Livescope, looks like the females are staging for the spawn.
Tuesday I made sure the drain plug was in the right hole twice. Lol
The cold night pushed them back to 15 to 17 fow, catching a few spider rigging with minnows but most were pick off the bottom with a blk/chart jig.

It's stained but very fishable, they closed the gates at the dam which helped.

Good report and we have all ended up with wet feet at least once.

Not too bad as long as it was the first time! Glad you made it back and were able to get a plug in without pulling the boat! Nice fish too!

WTG brian, yeah we all have our drain plug stories don't we? mine is after dropping off my buddy and parking the truck coming back down to him coming fast to dock and yelling jump in we got to go!! put it in on the fly as he kept it on plane to minimize leakage and let bilge pump do it's thing.
