    Nice job Redge. I was out for a few hours today. Lots of willing white bass, I had 2x quadruple hookups. Also got 15 crappies. The crappies look like they're starting to go into spawn wearing their tuxedos. Shouldn't be long before they really turn on.

    we cut a chunk of swimm noodle and slipped over the butt of rod have saved many for our boys does not really interfere with rod use.

    Thanks LadyBear, I'll have to give that a try.

    I got out yesterday for a few hours. Rain dropped the water temp to 54f. Fished the south end and it was slow. Caught a couple smb. Will try it again soon.

    Water temp 62 today. White bass were biting well. Kept the bigger whites. Crappie are picking up. They're ready to spawn. Tuxedos on all of them that made it into the live well.
