    I have never fished with a meal worm...how do you hook them on your jig? Just once through the head and leave them dangling?

    No, they will steal them too easy that way. You have to thread them on from the tail down into a hard spot in their neck...make the hook come out right behind their head.

    I usually use a 1/32 jig and tip with meal worms . Rarely do I just use a hook but then I put two on in a cross look .You can drag the jig on bottom or fish under a float .

    That's how I fish them too! Most of the time under a cork with a 1/32 or 1/16 jig.....
