I have been a hard core Rball player since college and it truly paid off. 4 days a week, 3 hours at a session. Best heart anaerobic excercise there is.
Wow, let us know the results. You'd think your heart would be clear and good with all that exercise. And while they are writing it, maybe they can include a little something about why you can't catch any fish! lol, just kidding on that last part, heal well, heal fast, catch lots...

Great recovery news .RBALL has obviously helped you as it is tough to get out of a hospital alive. About the time you snooze good they are waking you up again for blood, vitals, weight, test, shift change, and visits from a wide variety of specialist from multiple departments. It's hard to rest with all that going on...
Anyway try to pace your recovery.Good shape yes,Superman no.Take care of yourself and enjoy your fishing "therapy".

Glad to hear you are doing well Keith, take care and heal up. Those LSL crappie are probably already getting nervous. Used to play racquetball years ago, it's a lot of fun.

couple weeks in and doing very well. cardio is surprised at how quickly everything healed up and vitals are all solid. actually doing very little as they suggest but binging TV show "bones" to occupy myself. went to LSL last weekend but just dipped around my toon for a bit but even bugeyes are in siesta right now so not tempted to do more. Took a ride with my buddy but otherwise went back up to condo when humidity kicked in and relaxed.
