    Default CRANKING SALINE

I had a good day pulling 220 Arkie’s and 200 Bandit’s. Early this morning color didn’t matter the fish were in 9ft of water 6 ft deep. Then the rain shower came and chased me to a covered boat slip. Spot got wet before I could get there I put on the Frog Togs again. Back out after the shower passed and the fish were scattered and trolled around a point and seen some boats in the middle of the lake spider rigging, they must have stayed during the rain. I pulled toward them and started marking fish 10 ft deep in 12 ft of water and switched to the 300s and Pico’s and caught 2 big ones on the Mad Cow and changed the other 3 poles to something with white on it. The wind quit and the sun came out around noon and it got HOT time to head home bringing 17 for a ride in the cooler. Name: IMG_0603.jpg

If you're on the phone with him when he's fishing, Spot will tell you when one's on the line lol.

Been struggling the last couple of months, if it wouldn't have been for the blue gill in Spring Bayou. The water temp finely got above 70* and falling with the fish moving out of the flooded trees it's my favorite time to pull crank baits.

Way to go Chip and Spot! My dad's been going out there a lot lately, maybe you'll run into him. I just might have to venture down that way too.
