Don't know anything about Redmond, living on the border line with Ohio. Maybe someone will chime in.
I was wondering if anyone has fished Lake Redman before? I am thinking about taking the kayak there and giving it a try.

I used to fish it a few times. If I remember correctly either Redman or Williams ( connecting lake) was shut down last year for repairs. I have not heard anything recently. I used to get some good information at the local shows but since they were canceled I am in the dark. However you may want to consider Marburg. I fished it in years past in the creeks coming in and caught some really nice crappie. I also fish the main boat launch with the permanent dock and catch panfish. I have done well with crappie at times under the third bridge on the lake side of it. Do not get me wrong I never killed the fish but have caught a decent meal of them every now and then.
If you are thinking of going there call Gordon at B and B tackle in Hanover. He may have a few tips for you also.
From a friend, that use to be on here, thinking he mentioned that Redman is good for bass.
Thanks I was wondering about that place also. I used to go to Raystown all the time, but my father sold his share of the camp he belonged to so now looking for some places closer to home

Will see if I can get some info on Face Book too. Plus other places for you. Will posts what I find out.
Redman and Pinchot are electric only lakes. Lake Marburg is a 20 hp lake. All three are multi species lakes. Hope this helps you.
Have you fished Opossum lake? Another place is Long Arm. I know they catch some huge crappie in the cove near the breast in May.
