Seriously, if the river was not too high I would take a look at Guntersville. Never fished it but on my bucket list.
I am planning on taking a crappie fishing trip the second week of March. I have not picked a location yet but spots are limited due to all the rain. Willing to drive 6-8 hours. Live in southern Indiana. What lake would you choose?

I’ve fished Reelfoot bunches of times.
Never had a guide because my brother lived in Dyersburg, Tn.
I never cared for the drive. No easy way to get there. Don’t plan on running because it’s stumpy, stumpy, and did I mention stumpy.
