Anybody hear anything?
A buddy of mine just sent me some pics of guys on lake Arthur. He said that there is 3.5 to 4in of ice. They had some very nice crappies laying on the ice. Anybody hear anything about Wilhelm or Pymatuning?

Been away preoccupied with deer and doctors but this to shall pass. I've not seen or heard of any activity. With 2 days of rain expected Friday and Saturday followed by no real cold snap next week I'd be extremely cautious. Getting close to that prep for spring season. I hate mild winters because they are usually followed by late springs. Good Luck

Saw pics from BC baits on wilhelm. Had fish layed out on very wet ice. Could see that the ice was sagging under their weight. I wouldn’t be comfortable on that ice but those guys were. Be careful out there.

Was in Hermitage, earlier in the week. There was ice on Shenango, but kept my mouth shut. You could tell it was paper thin, and there were a lot of water breaks in it. Always play it safe, if ice fishing, anywhere. Did read where two teenagers in separate places, both died while falling thru ice on ponds, in New Jersey. Never do we want to hear of things like that.
