Default Kayak rod holders for spider rigging

GreeneGiant18 asked me about the rod holders so here's some photo's.

The short version, everything about kayak fishing is small size and saving weight where you can. Plus when I'm not spider rigging the Diamond base is almost flush and doesn't get in the way. I can quickly attached the rod holders and adjust them up and down as needed. Not perfect, but best option I've found. Especially since there small and light weight, but hold the rods I use securely.

I use a Ram Mount RAP-200-1U Single Socket Arm with Octagon Female to attach the Diamond Base with 1.5-Inch Ball.

Nice set up. I’m always thinking outside of the box when it comes to setting up my boat.

Ditch, is the diamond shaped mount on the kayak a Ram ball or a special type of flat round? That does not look like the standard ram mount ball in the picture.
