Cold weather clothing?

I have attic armor, bass 100 mph gortex and north face.
No comparisiin in quality and fit for a bigger fellow .
The artic is just better quality. Heavy duty zippers pockets better layed out . The fit is so much more comfy . I can’t catch a fish but I can testify on the quality of my nine yo suit .
Ive fished on days it stayed between 20-28 degrees running a center console , standing up at 35 mph all day. Brad. Don’t look back. G will back me.

As for "how cold" it's relative. If you guys from up Nawth had been with me and Mitch yesterday you guys would probably have been in flip flops and T'shirts. Me and Slabprowler were COLD. It wasn't bad, except running up and down the lake. Even not going WOT, you're still looking at 25-30 MPH.

Lee and G, how stiff is that Artic Armor? With it being a float suit, I'm guessing it's got foam in it. I want something I can move around in.

Mitch, I have a set that was top of line when I bought them. They will keep you dry but will not cut the wind. Plus major thing I don’t like is bibs only have one way zipper. Have to open jacket slide suspenders off to use bathroom. Kinda defeats purpose of rain gear to me. They have a new more expensive suit out now but know nothing about it. Gortex is only way to go in my opinion and it took me a lot of years of suffering to break down and spend the money but it’s worth every penny.

It is light weight and very soft and really not real thick either

My cold weather gear consists of jeans instead of shorts, socks and sneakers instead of flip flops and a sweatshirt over my t shirt. Sorry can't help ya much.
