    Sometimes Branching out you find places that you can fish that the water dont get Choppy like small rivers... they also have lots of Blow Downs, deep water in the bends and always change during high water.. otherwise you are Blown off of the Lake.

    I like the saying never leave fish to find fish, but in your case with the coot shoot going on you mite want to find some place a little quieter.

    Don’t know what coot shoot is and won’t look it up. I might go plum crazy over something I don’t need to, but I agree with this man.
    I don’t need challenges, got enough of them outside of fishing.
