Those look good. I made quite a bit of structure last winter and I used cardboard boxes instead of buckets. It worked great and was free. I got the idea from Lowe175 on here.
Put together 7 brush piles today. Made 6 that are 6' tall and 1 that is 12' tall. Hope to sink them sometime over the next week or so. I think the crappie will be happy.
I put plastic bags in the buckets this time. I'm hoping I will be able to pull the buckets off and reuse them after the concrete cures. We'll see how it goes. I'll post the results here in a few days.

Those sure look good and will draw a lot of fish. One thing you can try is spray inside of bucket with generic Pam before putting bag in. Make it a lot slicker.

Also drill a hole in the bottom of the bucket, I put part of the concrete sack over the hole.
After it dries, put an air nosel in the hole and give it a puff of air it will come right off.

That 12 footer is a monster. Lots of places for fish to hide.

I didnt have any luck with trash bags in the bucket. So here is what I did.....I cut the bucket on 2-3 sides to get the hardened concrete out. Then I put another trash bag in the bucket and used bungee cords or rope, or ratchet straps to hold the bucket shape, poured dry concrete in and added water and structure. Then when it has dried undo the straps.

Finally able to get on the water yesterday. Dropped 5 of these and then went fishing. When I was done fishing, I decided to ride over one of the new piles just to look at it. I be dang if the fish weren't already on the pile. I just had to drop a jig and catch one lol. Caught a 9" Fish on the the first drop. Put him back and left. Looks like the piles were a success. Now time to build more. Plan to drop the 12' pile on my next trip out.

How do you keep them standing upright? Or does that really matter?
