    Thanks for the report, sounds like a great day. I fished flint creek without any luck. Sounds like i may have not fished deep enough on the laydowns. There was what i assume to be shad flicking the surface on the flats. Water temp was about the same 51 to 52. Definitely gonna try some white maribou next trip.

    Nice mess!! Fished there a couple days ago with no where near that kinda luck caught more catfish than crappie.

    Not many have the luck,if that’s what you want to call it that ditch has. I’ve been in my kayak several times places he’s caught a bunch and maybe caught a few. Hopefully some day I’ll get it figured out. Lol

    I didn't read what you wrote as showing any disrespect to him and hope that what I wrote didn't sound like I did. My response was somewhat tongue in cheek. As in Ditchbasser is lucky like Richard Gene is lucky. They could both catch crappie in my bathtub! LOL

    The day I met Ditch in person He caught two fish out of the back of my truck before I could get backed in. I had some half filled water bottles back there. But that dang white marabou.

    Ditch is the reason I bought white marabou jigs but I have yet to catch anything on it haha! Must not be fishing it right
