    None I'm going to drive to. Almost 1 hr drive to the one I went to. I think they are all closing maybe....???

    Dave, try the one in Mooresville. A sales guy in Winston told me Fayetteville and Mooresville were the only ones staying open. Be worth a phone call either way. Hope it works out for you.

    OK just talked with St Croix on the phone. I was told I would only have to pay shipping there and they would either fix or replace and send back. I asked if anything that could be done and if I did anything would it mess up warranty. She said I could try a couple of things and if didn't work send back. They have everything noted as to the problem. Never had a rod with a serial number before...lol. Just worried with how much shipping on a rod will be.

    Pfleuger XT reel I think is just going to have to be sent in for repair. Haven't reached an actual person on the phone only recordings.

    You didn't mention what line you put on. I put braid on one and sounded awful on retrieve. Noise was coming from the bail roller.
