Went out with high hopes after getting tips from folks i saw tearing up the crappie the day before.
Well. I went and didn't do to well.
CK showed up and did a little better.
I went off searching for easier to find crappie.
Tried Torrence, someone on my spot.
Check it later.
Goofed around in Beaver Dam, got a few dinks.
Tried Torrence on the way home.
Funny thing was, while cruisin' near my spot in Torrence, i saw a large blob on my sonar.
New brush pile?
I will check it on down imagine on the way out. I played games there with basically nothing happening.
That it, pack it up, ramp time.
But still need to see that blob.
Turns out it was a brush pile with many crappie sitting on it, a good 10 to 15 ft of crappie.
Rest is history.
I kept 11 off this spot.
