    True. But hard for me to be off 4 days and not go at least a couple hours. When I get back to work Tuesday not gonna have time to do much of anything until maybe October.

    Same here I caught about 50 or so mixed shellcrackers and gills in about 1.5 hours right before dark Thursday right before the full moon. I fished the same spot Saturday morning early and only caught 12.....and had to mix it up with spinners and the 1/64 oz jigs with 1" grubs when the spinners quit working. The bite was a lot slower and I had to work more to catch them.

    I fished till 2PM Saturday, spent the rest of the day under the AC recovering!

    Me, being a butt? Surely you must be joking! I was being serious though. I was out just a little after daylight Saturday and it was already hot. This morning too.
