    Default To windy to fish guess I値l smoke

    It's pretty dog gone windy but I'd bet I could find a little area to pull jigs and get out of the wind..... just sayin

    I've heard good things from pellet smokers. Is that a tube of bologna?

    Smoked chicken used in soups and other recipes is DA BOMB. I didn't figure that out until about a year ago. Makes so much difference, it's incredible.
