I'm in on the next "Fishing/Shopping" trip. We can take a few boats and have some fun with it.
I should have had Steve pick up some cheese for me. Oh well, and excuse to go another time.
I usually take a trip to Jay's, then over to Northwoods and down to Frank's. That is usually a fun trip.

As I am sitting here at work and hear the "Freedom Train"
I am thinking I may need to FISH, or pick on Steve, Jerry, or Rich.
I can go old school and T.P. Skillets place, but lets face it I'd be sleeping on the front lawn trying to throw all the Charmin that high into the trees.
I could hang out in Byron Center, and see if Becky leaves Ready2Fish place......................
I think I may just go fishing.........

Just found out the wife is working tomorrow, so I have the morning to myself.
Thinking road trip to PM to Jig the lake for Salmon, maybe see how things are up there, but then again, I hunt on State Land, and need to get my ladder stand up ASAP as well................ Choices, Choices........

That rain in Mason county might have pushed fish into PM lake. If not, they are staging close to the pier heads. Should see guys trolling and putting on a display of how to get in other people's way.

Lots of fish in PM lake as of Wednesday. Very lethargic in the morning but bite was better in the evening trolling mostly flies and spin doctors.
Water warmed outside of tge pier heads but fishing has been decent from the 40's to the 44 line. Lots of coho which means a lot of swing and miss action due to soft mouth bites. Hope that helps you.

Speaking about jigging I watched Michigan out of doors last night and they were jigging grand traverse bay by leenanau for lake trout,that looked fun and it went on my list of places to fish
