Not rocket science. Get a old used chest type freezer that still works. Open it up and seal any and all seems with aquariums silicone since it is non volatile and does not harm minnows. Then find and buy however many pass through bulkhead fittings you need to run hoses and wiring for pumps and air. I would install these in backside of lid so as not risk puncturing a a/c line in sides of box.Need at least one vent hole in lid to let ammonia gasses escape. Then get one of these remote thermostats and set it at 68-72 degrees and you got a cooler for your water that won't freeze.
