Transformer just blew next to the house. Not the one that feeds mine but power is still out. Oh well, backup generator kicked on in 30 seconds so screw you power company.

Man, it's crappy out there. Just went out with the dog and the ice is forming on everything and still coming down. Not much to do but watch Clint Eastwood movies, right turn, Clyde, and eat left over chili.

Steve, the way the weather is this spring, those cranks will be antiques before you use them. I'm seeing pictures of the launches on the Detroit River. Lots of debris from the high water would make it hard to launch. Not that I want to be there, I'm happy right where I'm at.

Some of those cranks are already antiques, the flicker shad 7's Judy bought me back in 2010. I know there are some grappler shads by Cordell that go back to at least 2005.

I'm just sitting in my office today watching Florida Sport Fishing on You Tube, wishing I was there.....it would be awful nice to get on a school of dolphinfish.

Might have to fit a nap in this busy schedule.

Hey Steve, a pic of that mess of fish we caught with some fried shrimp. Oh, also slaw, potato salad and stewed corn. Nice Sunday lunch with friends. If you nice I'll make some of the corn for you in June. "D"

Looks like no fishing on Hardy pond until later this year, bummer
We kind of figured this would happen when we saw that tipping wall last fall.

Tim, I would think you guys would be good with your boat and the access over at Brower park.
