    Very valid point. It is good to be seen on the water especially in a kayak.

    Here's my kayak. Wilderness Systems Pungo 120, with a Lowrance Hook 4X depthfinder, and four RAM rod holders. I mostly troll and drift fish from it on small to mid-size bodies of water. There's too many crazies & fools on the big lakes to risk my life until it turns cool. I have a safety flag/light that is not up in this picture.

    I have a Clipper MacSport18 . I use a 4 HP Evinrude 2 stroke on it and it works great. I'm switching to a 5 HP 4 stroke this summer. I can't decide between a Honda or a Mercury. The only reason i'm switching is the Evinrude has a seperate tank and no reverse. The motor pushes faster than you want to go.
