Caught fish for 2 weeks the shallowest being 33 feet and the deepest being 50 feet. The last several days nothing over 43 feet. I think I can see a thermocline forming at 53 feet the last couple of days. The bite is very light on jigs so if the wind is over 5 mph you are not going to catch many fish at that depth. I did see one other group catching fish but they were using minnows so we weren't doing the same type of fishing. The minnow fisherman were in 33 feet of water.

This one was really fun on my crappie rod
No longer at 50 ft

Them some good crappie we have been killing them in 6 to 8 ft for the last month and a half up on the north end oh by the way that flathead looks a little short

The cleaning table is 22 inches wide. Depending on weather I will try north Monday. I am not sure how that channel runs I made need to call for some navigation advice.

I got stuck in the mud trying to get up north. Baby my prop. I guess I don't know how to get there from here. I tried going from Newberry creek. After getting stuck I went to one of my regulars and caught fish.
