Just tried this tonight and the wife and I thought it was great. We did some with Panko and some with Italian bread crumbs. I liked the crunch of the Panko and the seasoning of the Italian bread crumbs. Next time I'll try a batch with a combination of both. Thanks again for a great recipe.

I would guess about 30 -40 minutes. But just use an instant read thermometer to check for 170 in the legs or thighs without touching the bone with the temp probe.

I made this tonight with a side of green beans and side salad for my wife Catherine. She made me make more of it. LOL I think we finished off 9 of the 14 Crappie that I caught yesterday.

I am also wanting to try this with some trout.

It works great with trout. You can also fry the trout with this recipe instead of baking if you prefer. My wife and I prefer other fish over trout but it is still very good.
