RON'S SMOKED SPECKS

  Put enough salt in a bowl of water to float an egg

 Then soak your filets over night

 The next day take them out of the water, towel dry, and place

on newspaper in the refrigerator over night to dry out

 Oil the skin side and place on a smoker

 Sprinkle a little brown sugar on each one

 When they are reddish they are done...great eating
