 WASH CRAPPIE FILLETS IN COLD WATER

 SPINKLE WITH LEMON PEPPER AND SEASON SALT

 PLACE IN LARGE BOWL AND SOAK WITH ITALIAN DRESSING

 COVER BOWL AND PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR OVER NIGHT OR 4 HOURS BEFORE COOKING

 DRAIN EXCESS ITALIAN DRESSING

 HEAT COOKING OIL IN FRYING PAN TO 350 DEGREES

 COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES

 PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL

 SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE AND SERVE
