Pontoon Bob's Stir Fry Recipe

Fish of course (any kind)!
Supplies:
Veggies - (I use mushrooms, celery, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, green onions,
Jalapenos and green peppers or whatever kinds of veggies).
Seasonings - include, garlic powder or salt, Old Bay seasoning, season salt, pepper, and Dale seasoning sauce or allegro.
Cooking:
Sauté the veggies in veggie oil (just a drop) and seasoning sauce (I cook this in a wok). Sauté until the veggies are soft. Add fish cut into small chunks. Cook for about 20 more min. (until most liquids are absorbed). Stir frequently. Serve over rice.
