what's up fishermen, been reading this site for a while now, been looking for a hot spot for crappie on the west side ofthe mountain. was over at rose lake memorial weekend action was slow, didn't take a boat. a few people was catching crappie from the shore-not much access. i met a couple of you guys down at silver lake a year or two ago when you all was planning to meet up cr and his girlfriend i beleive was his name was there, slabmaster didn't show. anyway my name is nick i live in federal way and i love to fish. got reservation at mar don the weekend of the 27 jun, would love to hookk up and fish with some of you guys holla at me.
Nick, I lived up there years ago. There was a lake south of Chehalis, on the east side of the hiway that had Crappie. Stumps too. I bet if you look that one up its still got crappie.
I just wish I could be better at fishing. Or maybe luckier!:D
How was the trip Nick? I heard the water levels are still pretty high. The fish were holding on beaver huts and willows in the main channels when I was over there on the 20th. I'm down to hook up for trip. Have you tried Lake Dolloff in Federal Way this year? I haven't been up there since late May but we killed 'em in the north end.
Fishing is nice, but I prefer to spend my time on the water catching :D
