Need a crabbie mentor
My friend and I live in Seattle. We love fishing and have taken many trips the past year. We have gone as far as Roses Lake at Lake Chelan and Bonneville dam in Oregon. The thing is that we just are not very knowledgeable about fish. For instance, last year we went all the way to Roses lake and fished for crappies, bluegills, and perch using only worms. I know for sure that there are other more effective baits and jigs to use. We also caught tiny crappies as well. Nothing beyond 7 to 8 inches.
If there is a local avid fisherman who loves to fish, would it be possible for my friend and I to tag along the next time you go? We love crappies and don't want to drive 3 to 4 hours when there are plenty of them locally.
If you fish off the docks or at the shore, then just let us know when and where. We'll pay for lunch and whatever else reasonable that you want. If you have a boat, we can pay for gas, lunch, drinks, dinner...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know as I'm so excited just thinking about being able to catch crappies or anything else that are 10 inches or bigger...
Sincerely,
Ryan Le
