    Default Silver Lake, Cowlitz County

Fishing for Crappie at Silver has been good the last four weeks. However, it is slowing down. You need a boat to go hunt the fish. There haven't been any particular areas that have produced consistently. We've hooked many in the 9-12 inch range. Not a lot in the 12" range, but enough to keep it interesting. Use plastics that meet the water and sky conditions. Jigs should be in the 1/64 or 1/32 size. We release all fish caught.
