    Default Missouri Walleye

I am just getting into the walleye fishing and would like any advice possible. I am familiar with Stockton and other lakes in that area. I live in the Kansas City area and would like to stay somewhat local. I was turned onto the walleye in a trip to Canada last summer and can't focus on any other species. Any help in locating these in this region would be greatly appreciated.

There is a lake in Kansas CIty I fished a couple years ago in march during the spawn. I forget the name of it, but people were catching a lot of walleye of the boulder rock dam. If I think of the name, I'll post it later. Good luck. I know there is some really good walleye fishing in Kansas as well.
