Tennessee Tellico Walleye
Have heard that Walleye can be had in the Little Tennessee River portion of the Tellico Lake. Any crappie fishermen know if this is true, how and where to find them? Crappie fishing at Tellico is poor at best, but is so much closer than Douglas or Watts Bar, thought I would give it a shot. Have to go to the bank for a gas loan if I want to go to Douglas or Watts Bar.

If catching 30 -40 crappie a day is poor at best. Well I will take poor at best anyday lol
I have never fished for walleye, but evrybody I talked to says that they can be caught around the Fort at night on redfins. A buddy of mine is going to take me this year to try to catch some.

Thanks....heard also that Redfins would be a good choice to throw at night. Think I will try it. Catching many small crappie and some on the up side of legal, but few of any decent size down there. But I am sure others are doing much better than I can drag out of Tellico although they don't admit it at the boat ramp.
