Wasshoppah, Wasshoppah, Wasshoppah!
This black/pink Wassoppah has been very good to me lately and today it gave me two at 14". (1lb 8oz and 1lb 5oz)
Heck, they even had me smiling,
Ok, semi smiling. I tipped them with pink crappie nibbles and put some Gary Mason White Lightnin
on them (smells like licorice) I picked it up at BPS.
Caught both the big ones near the bottom in 28' of water near some structure. 22 total with one at 12" and 3-4 at 11.5". Most were caught 10'-12' down.
I hadn't caught a 14"er in a while, it sure feels good, heck I feel like DonG now. :D
One more pic for the skeptics. They never look as big in pic's as they do in person.

I would like to know the water temp so I can see how it relates to the fish up my way..We caught 9 today with 3 being ring perch..Pretty slow & the fish turned off when the sun popped out over the mountain...I mean completely turned off...
