    Default OT: The World From Ben Roethlisbergers' Eyes

    Hey Tap, bet he didn't send flowers to his offensive linemen after that last game. Heard he came down with the first reported case of Turf Shoulder.
    Read that his brains were still so scrambled that at the post game team meeting he said "My name is Ben and I'm an alcoholic".

    On a happier note, my Vikings put it on the Carolina Grit-Eaters, 20-10 with Frerotte at QB. You know times are bad when you are relieved to have Gus Frerotte as yur QB.

    I'm an old Eagle fan for more years then I care to remember. First game I ever went too was a night game in the late 50's. I think Norman VanBrocken was the quarterback and I remember Pete Pee Host catching a touch down pass and running into the goal post. Knocked him slam out but he stilled held onto the ball. That is back when the post where still on the goal line itself. I do pull for the Steelers as long as they aren't playing the Eagles and I do think Terry B. was one of the best ever. Always a physical game when those two teams get together. With thoughts going back in time and even if changing from pro to college ball, how many remember the "Chinese Bandits"? Bet Bill will have to think a moment about that one.

    Ha ha ha. It is only one game amongst many. No real dominate team in the AFC so anyone can end up winning the conference. I am however concerned about the Steelers offensive line, it could make for a painful season. Here's hoping they get their act together.

    Yeah, I'm just giving you grief while I can. Minn won their 1st one and have nothing going so far. Doubtful they'll do very well but ya just never know. Steelers are a team capable of takin a setback and comin back from it with a string of Ws.

    I'd worry about the status of my QB. Nothing is being said but I think Big Ben is hurt. After that last sack he walked to the locker room with his right arm not moving by his side. You could tell he was hiding the pain.
    Hey......smell my finger.::
