More alive than ever. Been away from the board for a while. Now offically retired and loving it. Missed chatting with ya'll.
Hit Diascund yesterday. Fishing was a lot better than last week. Had a couple over 13" and just enough to made a good meal. Acid Rain grub with a little shot did the trick. Water temp. was 76-78. Lots of small (real small fish on the bridges.
Corker, that was a nice sunset with the geese flying over.

Beautiful sunset, but it was noisy! In the bottom pic you can see waves of noisemakers circling for a landing between the pump house & the first bridge.
Sounds like you had a good day working the specks over. I got there at about 1:00 & specialized in gars. Landed 2 and hooked at least 4 more. A few specks managed to sneak in and grab a minnow when the gars weren't looking, but they were few & far between.
Glad to hear yer still kickin Dood!
Do gooder since April 26, 2009!

Welcome to the retired ranks. I thought about starting a forum for retired only but all those young wippersnappers would be envious.
