I didn't take any pic's but can tell you that Bill (IBNFSHN) won again. 1.3 lbs (or .589 kilograms-:D) did the trick.

Exclamation Disturbing Pattern Forming Regarding Bash Winners

    Congradulations Bill!!! Now go home.:D
I didnt catch any fish but had a very nice day what with seeing everyone and making a few 1st meetings. I'll no doubt miss someone, didnt take a bash pic. There was IBNFSHN, Freeflow, C-Rex, Doodlum, PanMan, TapOut,
C-Rex sis Fishngirl, pwr198, fishindaddyo, his friend Randy, myself, if I missed ya dont get mad, its a memory thing on my part.
SH was waiting on shore at weigh-in tryin to scavenge free fish from us.
Someone told me you do that on a fairly regular basis at several of the launches down yur way. :D J/K,it was great to see you. Bills friend Joe who I met at the Feb NW bash was there at weigh in and nice of him to have some goodies to send me home with! Thanks Joe, and good seeing you. We started a conversation back in Feb and think its safe to say immediately hit it off. We both garden that is the main common ground there! Joe shoots me an e-mail from time to time and I do the same. Do you know he told me a while back that he was just about to tell me to stop sending all that raunchy XXX stuff, and woulda, but said his missus likes em and made him promise to not tell me to stop.:D
I'd like to say a sincere thank you to Keith for the offer & ride today at the bash. I appreciate it and I had a great time. The trip & company are always 1st rate. Also like to thank Chris (daddyo) for pickin up some minnows for me today and then wouldnt even let me pay him back.
I better say right here & now 'fore I fergit that more of you dudes could take
a lesson from Chris and take note of the good example he was nice enuf set for ya all.
Ted it was nice to meet ya, and Randy likewise. It was great to see everyone.
Whoever gots the clicker logging in todays fish numbers from the bash get ready now. Get yur thumb on the clicker now, hurry. Take a deep breath, and.................
    ONE.
Okay. Thats it. Shoers' logged in and tallied up, its in the books.
If theres any confusion, thats ONE like way more than none but lass than two. It was 4 inches of the scrappiest ringperch I ever pulled outta there at a bash.:D

It was tough going today ( I got 6), but the company was great. I wanted to see more of the lake but the power I was using to move into the wind had me a little uneasy about going too far.

It sure was fun seeing Shoer jump on occasion when the baitwell timer would turn the pump on.:D

Sounds like you all had a great time on NATIONAL PUBLIC LANDS DAY !! Glad every one could get out and enjoy the outdoors. We had wildlife refuge (Back Bay) clean up and surf fishing 101 and hit the beach !!

We had a great time despite the wind. Congrats Bill on getting our Monies! I am awarding PanMan for having the most gadgets this trip. The telescoping handle minnow net took the cake.:D We kept 37 fish mostly croppie but we had few 11" white perch. Randy had a huge 13" shellcracker and fshngirl had 2 citation yellow perch.:D We added SH to the rig and went back out after Bill took our money and caugth a few more. Sh has all the pics. That wasn't a minnow net; that is my landing net and the fish we caught weren't even big enough for that!

Had 2 nags at 7 A.M., done for the day, I could go fishin!!!
Glad you fellas caught some on the late shift. I stopped at BPS on way back and loaded up on orange/chart. Squirmin Squirts & Crappie Ringers. Also found a roach remover, er..I mean hookclips,.....er ....you know what I mean.
A pair identical to the ones I sent man overboard at Diascund earlier this year.
    Hemostats with an angled jaw.

Why is it I can easily conjure up a mental image of Bill sittin on one of them benches just out front of BPS this morning with a steaming cup of Joe waiting for them to open, with our money wadded up in one hand? Quietly chuckling to hisself.
He must be doing something, he sure ain't on here to give his account of the day and exchange pleasantries this morning. I see what too much $ does to some folks.:D

When the bash ended at 3:00 I had caught 14 crappie with the biggest going 13oz. Afterwards I headed back out and found some new places to fish. I'm pretty excited about the new spots I found, I expect good returns on them when I get out there early next weekend. The crappie were scattered and I would only pick up 2-3 at one time but I managed to pick up 14 more and they were all great fighters. Got two at 14oz and one at 15.5oz. I'm getting closer to getting back over that 1lb mark.

Here's the 5 biggest plus one that I throat hooked.

Easter came early for me courtesy of Keith. (PanMan)

Thanks again. I tried a 2oz sinker after the bash and it worked well.

It was nice that we had a good turnout. (12) The weather was comfortable even if too windy.
