    Default 7 Crappie & 2 Walleyes

I went out this afternoon to mainly check the boat out before leaving for Kerr Sunday...Everything checked ok so I decided to throw a jig or 2...Fish for 1 1/2 hours..Caught 7 crappie with the biggest going 14 1/2"...3 over 12", 2 11-12" and 1 9 1/2"...I had 2 walleyes that were 16" & 18"...We have a 20" minimum on Claytor.

The upper end of the lake was muddy and I caught the fish about 6-7' deep in 13-15' of water....No minners, just jigs....

Dang, that's great results for an hour and a half. That 14.5"er is worth a pic.

You going to have to show me that secret bait, and maybe teach me how to fish it.
