Tomorrow morning
I ain't spokesman for anything but I know this is right and just like to know its been said: There are several fairly new faces on here and I hope as many of you come as possibly can make it. I am a big part to blame about joking about sexism, dope, Hooters.....etc...but it is all talk in the name of keepin it light-hearted. Some of us have gotten so used to (again I am one) the board running on banter between mostly grown-up (?) men that I just think anyone new on here should know that your kids, wives, girlfriends, buddies, dog, whatever are most welcome to come to any of the get-togethers. We have a new Vampire Slayer on here too and wimmen are also welcome. Some of us may tease you about being a mere girl, not knowing how to fish, etc....
-I know I will-, but it is in good fun. I am just saying this because it dawned on me that to someone recently come to the sight you might see almost all talk between men and wrongly assume that maybe kids or women are secretly resented. Not even close. Look at Betty, she lets her kid Doodlum go all by himself most of the time.
Anyway, SH & I are going to be at Patsys Diner around 7 AM in the mornin for breakfast. It would be a great chance for anyone who likes a good home cooked meal and would like to have a few minutes to say hi to those you havent met or seen in awhile to do so. Traditionally at the bashes it is amazing-you get a chance to say a brief hello I am Shoer type greeting, launch, fish, unlaunch, lose yur big fish $, and go home. I am always left feeling Dang, alot of people were there but I hardly met anyone.
So anyway if ya got the time stop by Patsys, its a mile from the ramp, 2 from Stewarts/bait. Stewarts is a small country store, ice, drinks, snacks, smokes, etc...
If ya want to be a part of the spay & neuter program bring yur cat or dog and a carrier to Patsys. Ol Hubie keeps his woodshed and pocket knife
ready and will have your pet ready for ya when ya come off the water. He does the best cut-rate work around.
Depending whos there in the mornin ya might can bring a Miracle Whip jar & lid with and go home with some corn squeezins also.
Lookin forward to a great time.

Definitely, all are welcome, well said. They way I see it, the more that attend, the more money I bring home. :D Diascunds owes me one crappie going back to Nov. 4th of last year when I caught 99 and try as hard as I did, could not get #100. So the way I see it, #100 will be tomorrow, and it will be a monster. I'm calling it 17" and weighing in at 3lb 2oz. Man, it's sure going to be fun. :D

You're not in fantasy land Tap. My 2 biggest outta Diascund were 17" and
2 lbs 10 oz & 2 lbs 13 oz on certified scales at A&S Feed. He put a 14-1/2 oz can of dog food on the scales and it weighed exactly 14-1/2 so I feel like the weight was accurate.
Here was a 3 citation day at Diascund last June.
