Thread: OT: Doodlum, Good News/Bad News

Hey man as I was going out to pick a few things outta the garden this evening I got to thinkin about you catchin them nice slabs of mine at Diascund, and how I been messin with ya about it ever since. I got to feelin bad about it, and as I was going to pick some greens before the rain, I said to myself "Self, you should take Doodler a nice mess of fresh spinach Sat just to let him know no hard feelings." So I picked my spinach and laid it in the sink to rinse off so it is nice and clean & crispy; full of vitamins, tasty with a
little piece of smoked hog jowl cooked in with it.



Then it hit me as I looked at all that pretty spinach-no way is there enuf for both of us there. You can believe I tried to figure a way we both would have some but darned if I could. I felt BAD.

But hey-Doodle-don't dismay buddy. I remembered I still had a mess of chard & lettuce to pick, and I did!
I brought it in and set it up there near the spinach and sh..*#@!^#, not enuf of it either.


I'm sorry man but atleast ya know my intentions were good, and besides, they say it's the thought that counts.

Shoer, I go away for a few days, leaving you with a full run of the Scund, and I could not believe you could do this to me. Won't rubbing those awsum mouthing watering greens in my face, but having gone brocolli fishing without me, just dispicable! I hope you get a bad case of diarreha and live forever. I guess those florettes went a pound each.

Bad case diarhea & live forever? That seems like a heavy price to pay.

What the heck am I doin up at 2 AM anyway? I got 11 horses today and gotta be in Ware Neck at 8. Oh thats right I was doing drugs last night.
