Went to DR Sunday for a few hours. Trolled a vatiety of jig colors, chartruese body with orange head seemed to be the choice. Nothing big or any numbers. Just nice to get out since work has exploded. Praying for winter to hurry up and get back.

It is nice to see some reports. I've been after the green carp recently. I need to get out and hit up the crappie and shellcracker soon. Jim's report has me wanting to hit the NW river with a bag full of jigs.

Nice looking toothly critter there. Yeah I agree everyone (except me) should stop fishing for crappie till the fall.

Caught some of these last week too. About 200 to 20 inches. This was one of the biggest.

Dang, Ed. Someone has to go to the beach and hold-off the waves...if they didn't, the waves would roll right over us. Surf or fish...I'm confused...
