    Default Hampton Bass Pro shop?

There are a few things I need from there. But it is a bit of a haul from Chesterfield. If I make up a list, will one of you local guys, with all that free time, swing buy and make sure they have everything I need. Then report back, so I can decide if I need to come down?:D

    Thanks so much!!!

Dayton, I know it's short notice but I plan on going over there this morning about 9:00am. Don't go that much but I need some waders for duck hunting. If I had your list I would gladly check things out for you. If not enough time I'm sure others will help you out.

Thanks Andy, but I was really just kidding. 'Cause my list is about as long as my arm right now. I just bought a pontoon boat and have to get it rigged for river catfishing and lake crappie fishing. I am either going to get everything online (and take advantage of the no interest, 6 pay plan) or drive down and make a day of it.

Thanks for the offer. You are very kind. You guys need to get to know me better so you can start treating me poorly, like the folks at work.....and um....Home.....and my parents house....

I know what you mean about a long list. Yesterday we went out to a Golf Store which was having a sale. Ended up with a new bag. Went to Nansemond River Golf Course cashed in our hard earn winnings from a past gold outting and had to add $20.00 to that. Got to get a set of waders today for duck season and after Christmas got to get a trolling motor. The list goes on and on. I guess I'm going to have to ask for a raise if I plan to keep my list short.:D

Make sure you get a rewards card if you do not already have one. The points for the purchases do add up.

    Dayton,
Just so you know. I think a crappie.com Bass Pro/Hooters "conference" is the near future. Not sure if a date has been picked yet but it would be good to meet ya there and have a cold one.

    There's a man who's thinkin right.
Dayton come this far (Toano) I'll drive the rest of the way. I have a bunch of crap I don't need to get at BPS. I never have to make out a list cuz I never know what it is until I get there. I don't drink so if you want to guzzle until you slur your speech and paw the Hooters girls like Skid Row, feel free, I am designated driver. When we get back to my place you can try some of my Nepalese finger hash and smoke a Thai stick to get you in shape to drive to Chesterfield.

Thanks Horse-shoo-R, might have to try that. I would like to meet up with some of you East Side boys. We might have to just pick up a wine-o. I don't drink either. Never could hold that stuff. Although I have tried a time or two. Strange thing is when I go drinking with a couple of guys from work, after 2 Miller Pony's, I wake up in strange places with my head hurting and rectal bleeding. I have searched the internet and can't find any info on beer causing that so guess it is just my wierd gastric system. Those two guys at work have told me that that will go away with time and more drinking. They invite me out very often and say I can crash at their place.

Anyway...what were we talking about? Oh yea, Bass Pro! Lets Go!

Here is the beginning of my list of needed items. My new pontoon has vinyl floor for easier clean up when catfishing here on the James. Cat slime and gizzard shad guts, blood and scales sure make a mess. My wife looked at me kinda funny when she got home the day after I picked up the toon, and I had removed the two rear seats of the L shaped rear seating, the rear sun deck/tanning pad and the popup changing curtain station. She just shakes her head. I had told her, the front and rear of the boat would be set up for fishing. The middle will be for the women and children. yee Haa!

1500 gph bilge pump (poor man's washdown pump)
6 Driftmaster Duo rod holders (1/2" treads for big James cats)
    4 more marker bouys
    spare tire bracket for trailer
Dual Pro 2 bank onboard charger
3 battery tie downs w/metal brackets
4 Gripper cleats (I love how easy they are to use)
Minn Kota Power Drive Quick release bracket (so I can swap from other boat)
More misc crappies jigs, grubs and other junk
Snow/hunting boots for my 5 yr old son

Not too much really, but it adds up fast!

    Gonna Have some fun!
