    Default funny

They stock trout into Dorey park lake which has cats in it. The cats eat the trout and get bigger right? Then they tell you to have a "trout stamp" and you have to "hold onto the 4 trout max. you catch" then leave or get fined by fish narcs. nice.
I hate paying extra to catch another species altogether and to think that casually wetting your line into a pond (not knowing you need a trout stamp BTW like most w/e anglers) can land you a hefty sum is a pretty lame way to augment the VDGIF money flow. Guess they'll do as they please but i know I won't fish those parks again b/c after a yr of not catching anything there for free I'm sure as heck not gonna pay to be limited to four.

I live pretty close to the park but still wouldn't go for 4 fish.

I like fishing the N.W. river park lake for crappie. I didn't go this fall because I thought I'd give the place a break Now if I go and end up with 4 trout I can't fish it again until when? I think it's crappy.
